Senior All-American candidates Bonzie Colson and Matt Farrell provide Notre Dame with the top returning scoring duo in the Atlantic Coast Conference for the 2017-18 season. The Irish will look to continue that momentum from the best three-year stretch in school history in terms of overall wins (82) and NCAA tournament victories (seven).
 
Veteran front court players Martinas Geben and Austin Torres return to help Colson on the backboards, while defensive specialists Rex Pflueger and T.J. Biggs will bolster the Irish backcourt with improved offensive skill sets.
 
Sophomores John Mooney and Nikola Djogo, along with junior Elijah Burns, provide talented but yet unproven depth, while freshman D.J. Harvey hopes to make an instant impact in his first year on the Irish roster.
 
Ranked No. 14 entering the season, the Irish open the Maui Jim Maui Invitational against Chaminade on Nov. 20. The game will be televised by ESPNU at 9 p.m. ET.
