Oahu Travel Inc. is a third party travel vendor and the “Preferred Travel Agency” for the 2014 EA SPORTS Maui Invitational. All travel package sales that include accommodations, game tickets, ground transportation and other related reservations are sold through Oahu Travel Inc. or an associated travel partner.
A STANDARD ROOM CATEGORY IS CONFIRMED IN THE PACKAGE WHICH MEANS THAT NO VIEWS ARE GUARANTEED. SPECIFIC BEDDING TYPES ARE ON A REQUEST BASIS.
The Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa, The Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa and The Westin Maui Resort & Spa serve as the Tournament's host hotels and are all deluxe hotels located on Ka’anapali Beach. Rooms included in the package are in the standard room category, which means that no views are guaranteed. Oahu Travel, Inc. cannot be held responsible for location or view of rooms, as it is the responsibility of the hotels to assign said rooms. Requests for specific bedding types, or views will be forwarded to the hotel, however these are requests only and are not guaranteed. Paid upgrade rates (subject to availability at time of booking) have been provided in this flyer should you want to guarantee a specific view.

CONFIRMATION OF AN UPGRADED ROOM OR SUITE IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AT TIME OF BOOKING AND MAY REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT.
ABOUT YOUR RESERVED SEAT TOURNAMENT PASS
Your included tournament pass is a reserved seat for all three (3) days of the tournament. All reserved seats will be assigned by the Tournament. Reserved seats will be located in the North Grandstands (bleacher seating), across the court from the team benches.
AIRLINE RESERVATIONS
Flights are not included in Tournament Packages. Contact Oahu Travel for special discounted airfares, and they can provide a price quotation for air travel from your departing city to Maui based on your travel dates.
DEPOSITAND PAYMENT POLICY
A $750.00 per person deposit is required to confirm space. If you are booking airline reservations, prepayment will be required within 24 hours of booking, and airfares are not guaranteed until the tickets are issued. The balance of your payment is due by SEPTEMBER 10, 2014.
FLIGHT INFORMATION
Flight information is due at the time of your final payment, September 10, 2014. Oahu Travel will not be able to provide airport transfers for flight information received after October 15, 2014.
CHANGE FEE
A $50.00 per change fee will apply for any changes made to a confirmed package. This is in addition to any airline or hotel change fees. This includes, but is not limited to, date changes, name changes, and hotel changes.
CANCELLATION POLICY
This cancellation policy applies to the hotel and ground package only. Refund policies and service fees for airline reservations will be advised upon booking your flights. Policies vary on airline reservations, depending on the type of fare that is used.

Once on-Island, there are no refunds for early check-out of your hotel or early return of your rental car.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS, TOURNAMENT PASSES, AND TIP-OFF BANQUET TICKETS ARE LIMITED, AND WILL BE SOLD ON A FIRST COME-FIRST SERVED BASIS. WRITTEN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT WILL BE SENT TO YOU UPON ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER AND WILL SERVE AS CONFIRMATION OF YOUR REQUESTED RESERVATIONS.
FINAL DOCUMENTS AND TOURNAMENT TICKETS WILL BE MAILED TO YOU BY NOVEMBER 7, 2014.
