The Texas Longhorns steamrolled the Indiana Hoosiers on Day 2 of the Camping World Maui Invitational, securing a 66-44 victory. The win sends the Longhorns to the Championship game on Wednesday.
Texas Senior Matt Coleman III scored 16 points; Junior Courtney Ramey tallied 13 points for the team. The offensive efforts resulted in the Longhorns taking a 20-point lead midway through the second half that ultimately carried them to victory.
Indiana's Trayce Jackson-Davis led the team with 17 points, but the team struggled with shooting overall, making just 24% from the field. The Hoosiers ended the game with more turnovers than field goals. Head coach Archie Miller received a Technical Foul with 10:38 remaining in the game.
Texas will play the winner of North Carolina/Stanford in the Championship Game of the Tournament on Dec. 2 at 4 pm ET.
Indiana will play the loser of North Carolina/Stanford in Game 9 of the Tournament on Dec. 2 at 1:30 pm ET.
